Our current menu of offerings:

  • Personalized Food Coaching
    • Goals are established and we work together, one on one, to achieve specific results.
  • Professional Cooking Services
    • The planning and execution of in-home food events such as housewarmings, dinner parties, etc.
  • Small Group Cooking Classes
    • Working with a household unit or small group of interested parties, we walk through culinary techniques of interest to all involved.

Seventy five dollars per hour is my per-hour rate while coaching/teaching.  I am also comfortable negotiating a flat rate for goal related, project specific, and mixed chef/coaching contracts.
