All Together Now
This is the last step before plating. I’ve incorporated some of the blue cheese, along with the cooked potatoes and pasta. Before I serve this, I make sure the texture of the sauce is right, adjust the seasoning, and make sure the noodles/potatoes are well coated with the sauce.
