More Thickening
Here I have a small can of tomato paste. I wanted to thicken up the soup a little more (This is not how we did it at RVP, but bare with me). In order to tighten up the soup, I’m cooking the moisture out of this tomato paste. Then, I’ll add it to the soup, and the ‘dehydrated’ paste will give a lot of body and depth to the final product.
