The Chicken Feast Mise en Place

Every time I see these little sweet peppers I think of Chef Louise. We used to use them pretty regularly at Butler’s. The peppers came in our CSA along with those cute little white onions hiding on the far right between the melon and the big onion. We also used to cook little cippolini onions (really a hyacinth bulb) in Butler’s kitchen at NECI, so I saw where this meal was going.
