Pork Chop

So, here we have the final dish. While the pork chops were resting off the heat, I reheated the blanched green beans and cooked carrots in a little beurre monte (a little butter and water sauce). I also brought together the mashed potatoes with some warm cream, stock, and cream cheese. When everything was ready it went to the plate, and I poured the pan sauce over everything. If I was being classically Midwest, there would be a little pat of butter right in the middle of the potatoes as well. :)
